BUNS & ROSES ROMANCE TEA FOR LITERACY

Featured New York Times Bestselling Author, Sherrilyn Kenyon

The third annual Buns & Roses Tea for Literacy was held Sunday, October 12, 2008 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Radisson Hotel in the Dallas suburb of Richardson, Texas.

Guests supported literacy while enjoying tea at tables hosted by some of the hottest romance authors from around the country. The keynote address by Sherrilyn Kenyon brought tears to the guests' eyes! And returning for a third year as Buns & Roses emcee was local celebrity Candace Havens, the entertainment critic for the Dorsey Gang on 96.3 KSCS.

The tea was hosted by the Richardson Adult Literacy Center and the Richardson Public Library and sponsored by FreshFiction. All proceeds go to Richardson literacy programs.
